  2. The above personal data is processed in order to keep customer records, enable customers to track order history and make it easier to create new orders. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for registration and without the provision of your personal data it is not possible to complete the registration.

  2. The above personal data is processed in order to answer the question posed through the contact form and keep records of questions. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for answering your question and without providing your personal data it is not possible to answer the question.

 

COMMON PROVISIONS

  1. This data will be processed for the duration of the same subject of business of the Administrator.
  2. The processing of personal data is performed by the Administrator, but personal data may also be processed for the Administrator by any other providers of processing software, services and applications. Currently, the Administrator uses the following processors:

    • VSHosting sro, with its registered office at Sodomkova 1579/5, Hostivař, 102 00 Prague 10, IČ: 615 05 455, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 29746 (hereinafter referred to as “VSHosting”)

      Other recipients of personal data may be forwarding companies and other persons involved in the delivery of goods or the execution of payments on the basis of a concluded contract. The Administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization.

    • request from the Administrator an explanation regarding the processing of personal data,

    • request access to this data from the Administrator and have it updated or corrected,

    • require the Administrator to delete this personal data, if permitted by law,

    • in case of doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact the Administrator or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
